We comply with Pakistan's PS: 476 and international E0/E1 emission standards for low-VOC materials. Our hardware partners (Blum, Hafele, Hettich) meet global ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Absolutely. We prioritize eco-friendly materials: E0-grade plywood (low formaldehyde), water-based adhesives, and decorative panels from renewable sources. We also encourage recycling of packaging materials and work with suppliers who follow responsible forestry practices.

We offer four main plywood categories:
- Commercial Plywood: For general furniture, dry interiors, and wardrobes.
- BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Plywood: Ideal for modular kitchens and bathrooms — withstands high moisture.
- Marine Grade Plywood: For exterior applications, boat building, and high-humidity zones.
- Fire Retardant Plywood: Treated for commercial and safety-critical projects.
All are available in thicknesses from 4mm to 25mm.

Our modular kitchens are fully customizable and include:
- Base & wall cabinets (BWP plywood construction)

Product range: soft-close hinges, telescopic drawer channels, handle profiles, sliding door tracks, cabinet connectors, and wardrobe fittings. All hardware comes with a 12-month warranty.

Every plywood batch undergoes density, moisture content, and glue bond testing. Panels are checked for surface uniformity and edge sealing. Hardware is tested for load capacity and cycle life. We reject any substandard materials before they reach our customers.

We accept: Bank Transfer (Pakistani banks), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) via secure gateway. For trade orders above PKR 200,000, business cheques are accepted. Payment details are shared on the invoice after order confirmation.

Yes. For all custom-made products (modular kitchens, bespoke wardrobes, made-to-measure panels), we require a 50% advance payment to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before delivery or upon installation completion as per the agreement. Stock items require full payment before dispatch.

Stock items: Free cancellation within 24 hours; after that 10% cancellation fee applies if not shipped.
Custom orders: Cancellation allowed only before production starts (within 48 hours), with a 20% processing fee retained. Once production begins or items are shipped, no cancellations are possible.

Stock items (plywood, hardware, panels): 5–9 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom modular kitchens/wardrobes: 4–6 weeks after design approval and advance payment.
We deliver to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and all regions of Pakistan.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location. For orders above PKR 100,0000 within major cities, we offer free shipping. The exact cost is shown at checkout. For custom projects, a separate logistics quote is provided.

If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For concealed damage, you have 7 days to report. We will file a claim with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund after investigation. Keep all original packaging until resolved.

If you receive a defective product (manufacturing defect only), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Custom-made items (kitchens/wardrobes) cannot be returned but are covered under warranty. Refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy for full terms.

Plywood & Decorative Panels: 6 months against manufacturing defects.
Architectural Hardware: 12 months.
Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes: 24 months on structure and hardware (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation).
Warranty covers replacement of defective parts only.

Yes! For modular kitchens and wardrobes, our in-house design team provides free 2D layout plans and 3D renderings upon order confirmation. We also offer an AI Try-On feature on our website to visualize decorative panels and wardrobe finishes in your space. Design consultation is complimentary with a confirmed order.

We work with a network of certified installation partners across Pakistan. While we do not directly employ installers, we can recommend trusted professionals for modular kitchen and wardrobe fitting. For bulk commercial projects, we offer supervision and technical guidance. Installation charges are separate.

Absolutely. We encourage you to request samples for plywood veneers, decorative laminates, acrylic finishes, and hardware handles. Samples are available for a nominal fee (refundable upon order) or free for registered designers. Please contact our support team with your sample requirements.
