1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://kashmirtrading.co (the "Site"), or by placing an order for any products including modular kitchens, wardrobes, plywood, decorative panels, architectural hardware, or design consultation services offered by Kashmir Trading Co. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Services Scope

Kashmir Trading Co. specializes in premium interior design materials and solutions, including but not limited to:

• Modular Kitchens: Customized layouts, cabinet systems, and hardware.
• Wardrobes: Sliding/folding wardrobe systems with premium finishes.
• Plywood & Veneers: Commercial, marine, and BWP-grade plywood.
• Decorative Panels: Acrylic, laminate, and textured panel solutions.
• Architectural Hardware: Hinges, handles, sliding channels, and soft-close mechanisms.

All product specifications, images, and measurements displayed on the Site are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural wood grain, monitor settings, or manufacturing batches. We recommend requesting physical samples before bulk orders.

3. Orders, Quotations & Customization

For modular kitchens, wardrobes, or large-volume plywood/hardware orders, a formal quotation will be provided. The quotation is valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. To confirm an order:

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required for custom-made or bespoke items (modular kitchens, bespoke wardrobes).
• For standard plywood sheets, decorative panels, and hardware, full payment may be requested prior to dispatch.
• Any changes to order specifications (dimensions, material finish, hardware type) must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude applicable Sales Tax (GST) as per Pakistani tax laws unless stated otherwise. Current Sales Tax rates for plywood, hardware, and modular furniture components will be added at checkout as per Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) guidelines. We accept payments via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, credit/debit cards, and secure payment gateways.

Kashmir Trading Co. reserves the right to modify pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs, veneer availability, or changes in import duties on architectural hardware. Any price change will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and all regions of Kashmir). Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Stock items (plywood sheets, hardware, panels): 5–9 business days after order confirmation.
• Made-to-order (modular kitchens, customized wardrobes): 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity and site measurement confirmation.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the provided shipping address. Please inspect all goods immediately upon arrival. If damage or discrepancy is found, document with photos and notify us within 48 hours. For concealed damages, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Delivery delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, or political disruptions) shall not be grounds for cancellation or penalty.

6. Returns, Warranty & Material Defects

Kashmir Trading Co. stands behind the quality of our premium interior materials:

• Plywood & Decorative Panels: 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (delamination, core voids). Warranty does not cover improper storage, exposure to moisture after installation, or mishandling.
• Architectural Hardware: 12-month warranty for mechanical functionality (smooth movement, corrosion resistance).
• Modular Kitchens/Wardrobes: 24-month warranty on structure & hardware (excluding normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse).

To return a defective item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without RA will not be accepted. In case of verified defect, we will either replace the product or issue a pro-rated refund. Custom-made items (bespoke sizes, special veneer matches) are not eligible for return unless structural flaw exists.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, product designs, catalog layouts, 3D wardrobe configurator, AI Try On tool, text, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive property of Kashmir Trading Co. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. The "Kashmir Trading Co." name and related marks are protected trademarks.

8. User Obligations & Accuracy

When using our website or submitting orders, you agree to:

• Provide accurate measurements, delivery addresses, and contact information.
• Not misuse the AI Try-On or 3D visualization tools for any unlawful purpose.
• Refrain from uploading false project data or interfering with the Site’s security.

Kashmir Trading Co. reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or inaccuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Kashmir Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including lost profits, project delays, or labor costs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental damages; thus, this limitation may not apply in certain cases.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kashmir Trading Co., its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of any law of Pakistan.

11. Force Majeure

Kashmir Trading Co. shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemic, riots, war, embargoes, natural disasters, supplier shutdowns, or transport disruptions. In such events, delivery timelines shall be extended accordingly.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your purchase or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujranwala, Punjab (or the nearest appropriate commercial court). For small claims, we encourage arbitration through a mutually agreed mediator before litigation.

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or cancel orders if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false information. Termination does not waive any rights to payment for completed orders.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kashmir Trading Co. regarding the use of our services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable under Pakistani law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
